Updated References: Most of the free Web sites depend on
government
sources to release the full text of statutes, regulations, and judicial
decisions. The full text may need to be verified in a subscription
service
in print, CD-ROM, or online format.

Incomplete Texts: Most of the free Web sites post the full
text
only for appellate court decisions, regulations, and statues issued or
revised since 1992. Many older materials and administrative
interpretations
are not available on the free Web sites in full text.

Computer Virus Transmission: Although computer viruses
will not
propagate from simple text files, they could be embedded in the
executable
files attached to email or some dynamic Web pages. For virus protection
